 Pursuant to my letter to you dated: 07/06/2014 number F/110/92, where I have remind you a legal issue, notifies:
 Unfortunately, you did not realize your mistakes and illegally wrote a letter on the fake  letter head of IZSF with a fictitious and apocryphal number of IZSF Secretariat and you have sent a copy of that to respectful nation members, in which case not only you have not noticed to prevent using title of Secretary General, but also you have committed other violations of law and recently also launched a website similar to IZSF Web site’s title and address illegally and attempted to publish the correspondence of the Federation in it.
 So far, regardless of the contents of your letter that does not dignity to respond, I want to inform you that the issues mentioned in this letter also added to your other violations committed in this Federation and you cases will be referred to the IZSF Disciplinary Committee for consideration and legal decision.
I want to ask you again be aware of legal limits and avoid of harassment for distinguished nation members
